Project 01

Re-roof with two new rooflights

Stripped to the rafters, new membrane and battens, two rooflights framed in and flashed, finished in new tiles.

Lean-to roof brought back to life

A mossy lean-to letting the weather in, stripped and re-covered and finished properly where it meets the wall.

Worn concrete roof replaced in new grey tiles

The old tiles were worn and breaking up along the gable edge. The roof was stripped and re-covered in new grey tiles, finished with a clean edge along the gable.

Crumbling chimney top re-flaunched

The flaunching round the pots had broken up and weeds were growing out of the top of the stack. It was cleared off and replaced with a new, smooth flaunching that sheds the rain.

Weeds had taken hold in the joints and round the pots. The stack was cleared, the joints made good and the top finished with fresh flaunching.
